About

From fixing computers to running the environment they live in

I began my technology journey through NTechFix, providing computer repair and IT support services. Over time, that hands-on work grew into something bigger: enterprise IT administration, cybersecurity, cloud management, automation, and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Today I manage and support a large-scale environment — 150+ devices, cloud identity, endpoint security, and the day-to-day systems an organization depends on — while continuously exploring new technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities.

The original NTechFix site remains online as an archive of where this all started.

NTechFix, then
“I can fix your computer.”
Today
“I manage enterprise technology environments.”

AI Lab

Experiments in progress

Not many IT admins document this publicly — here's what's running in the lab: local models, retrieval pipelines, and AI woven into real support workflows.

local-llms

Running open-weight models — GPT-OSS, Qwen — on local hardware to evaluate what's genuinely viable for private, on-prem inference.

anythingllm

Private document workspaces with AnythingLLM: retrieval-augmented chat over internal documentation without data leaving the building.

doc-search

AI document search across policies and procedures — turning a folder maze into a question you can just ask.

support-agents

Prototyping AI support agents that triage requests and draft first-response answers for common helpdesk questions.

automation

Chaining PowerShell, Python, and LLMs into scheduled workflows — reports that write themselves, alerts that explain themselves.

Writing

Notes from the field

Practical write-ups from real environments — even a few solid articles a year beats none. First posts in progress.

Microsoft 365

Tenant administration, Exchange, Teams, and the admin center trenches.

Intune

Autopilot, compliance, app packaging, and cloud-first device management.

PowerShell

Scripts and modules that remove the boring parts of the job.

Python

APIs, reporting pipelines, and automation beyond the shell.

AI

Local LLMs, RAG, and putting AI to work inside IT operations.

Security

Defender, conditional access, and defense that survives contact with users.
